How to Apply for the Interfaith Challenge Award
During Interfaith Service events, it is important to reflect in order to gain an understanding of what it means to serve in an interfaith setting. To aid this understanding, members of your organization will need to fill out the Reflection Question Form after each service project that they complete. Each person who participated in the event will fill out their own individual form. If a service project is completed on a continual basis (such as a three-part event), complete only one form that reflects on the entire event. These submitted forms will be reviewed along with the application in the decision for which organizations will receive the Interfaith Challenge Award. The Reflection Form can be filled out online and submitted below, or you can print the Reflection Form and return the completed form to the Student Affairs Office.
